Kinari

Note- this is what she would look like during Shipuuden. For now, her headband is worn around her neck and the markings on her shoulder are bandaged. Also, while her shirt remains strapless, it covers her stomach and is just one solid colour.

Personality Kinari is a mystery as far as pin-pointing her personality, having a cruel, disciplinary father raising her and training her as soon as she could stand up by herself. Like her father, she is quite the sadist and has a cold, sickly sweet charm. She is very reckless, and would go so far as to attempt to kill someone just for looking at her the wrong way or seduce a person to get what she needs on a mission. She is also loyal to only her father, being brainwashed to believe he is superior and could help her gain what she desires. Kinari, wanting to not be a failure in Orochimaru's eyes hates to show weakness and so she tries to bottle up all of the sorrows, the laughs and anything that could ruin the vision of the perfect evil daughter.

On the contrary, she is quite kind to children as she still carries an innocence in her, as small and fleeting as it may be. She is easily tricked by her own ways of persuasion, which leads her into many situations. She also has a soft spot for good looking guys as the typical teenager does, and loves to flirt and tease. Even so she does not believe in true love, or rather does not want to believe in such things. Love is a weakness.

History As anyone not brainwashed by Orochimaru could see, he was power hungry and only cared about learning every possible jutsu. It would be no surprise for the man to court a beautiful yet gifted woman just to get said gift, a kekkei genkai so rare..Which is exactly what he did.The poor woman, Yuriko Shimizu was trapped by the snake's charm and fallowed him, wanting his plans to succeed even though it would unknowingly end in an unfortunate way. The two, having left together after Orochimaru's Akatsuki days built a village together. Not too long after,Kinari was born. Her mother had died a year after, of an illness.. or so she was told. In reality Orochimaru killed her for starting to go against his wishes for the sake of her child, being an overall annoyance in his plans.Without her around he could create the perfect little vessel.
Kinari was first introduced to the concept of being a ninja at age 1, when she started to walk by her own. However not until age five did she actually learn from her father and certain followers of him of the ways of the ninja. She had barely any freedoms as a child from another village would have, being trained in jutsu, medical skills and only at the tender age of nine did she learn how to use weapons. The only freedom she did have was in her dreams as she slept or the rare days that there would be no one available to teach her, in which she would walk around her home and explore, sometimes conversing with some of the prisoners whom to her were just people like her as she didn't know any better. As she grew older she was put on many missions and would often train under the cold eyes of her father. At age thirteen, as late as that was for any student of Orochimaru, was when she learned about her kekkei genkai and started to learn how to activate it and use it effectively. To Orochimaru's disadvantage, Kinari's ability was far less than her mother's which only urged him to train her harder. The girl, no matter how grueling her training had become or how horrible her missions were, pulled through only to please her father.

Weapons
~Senbei Shuriken- essentially shuriken disguised as rice crackers with a tiny bit of chakra.
~ Typical Kunai
~ Her boot is specially designed to have weapon compartments in the toe, heel and midsole.When one of the wires on her boot is cut, a compartment opens and dispenses the weapon. The compartment can be closed/locked after use, but can only be used once per battle. There are about 4 total compartments per boot. They typically store needles or kunai.

Typical jutsu- Striking shadow snake, shadow clone jutsu(mud clone when available).

Her own Jutsu- Kuro Uta no Jutsu(Black song Jutsu). A sort of genjutsu that can make the target relive one of their darkest memories as if it is happening at that moment. The outcome is always random as it counts on the target's emotional strength and personal encounters. Can do as little as distracting them or as much as immobilizing them.

Kekkei Genkai- Hisame no Tsubasa- Wing of the Ice Storm. The Shimizu clan had the ability to change parts of their limbs with sharp, feather-shaped ice. Yuriko Shimizu, Kinari's mom, was the most skilled with her Kekkei Genkai as she could transform into a sort of ice angel, where her entire body became encased with an armor of strong, almost indestructable ice.

Seeing as Kinari is still just a genin, her limitations with her Kekkei Genkai make it so she can only transform her right arm, and for a limited time. The feathers can be plucked off with an amount of chakra, and thrown at the target. They are strong enough to protect her from certain blows, yet fire jutsu and certain earth jutsu render the ice useless. If someone cuts clean through the ice before the jutsu deactivates, she could potentially lose part of her arm or hand.
